From your phone, you can also write to us in Pocket under Settings → Help & about → Send feedback, with screenshots if they help.

Pair your phone

  1. On your computer, open Earshot, go to Settings → Notifications → Pair Pocket, and create a pairing code.
  2. In Pocket, tap Pair with your computer and scan the code, or tap Enter pairing code and type its eight characters. The code expires after two minutes.

To add another computer later, open Settings → Computers → Pair with a computer in Pocket.

Delete your account

In Pocket, go to Settings → Help & about → Delete account. You can also email hello@earshot.run from your account's address and ask us to delete it.

Your computers and paired devices lose access right away, Earshot Pro stops renewing, and your account data is erased after 30 days. You can't sign back in during that time. Email us before then to keep it.
